   Of the four children of William and Mary Ann Maltby, only Jacob had 
children so far as is known.  Of Jacob Maltby's six children, Mary Alice 
and Ada M. had no children; the following four had children: -
   Carrie Maltby Kelsey, Jr., 1882-1949
      James W. Kelsey, Jr., 1882-1949
      Carrie Kelsey
      Ethel Kelsey

   Jessie Maltby Groucutt had seven children:
      Charles Groucutt, dead
      Lizzie Groucutt, dead
      Sarah Groucutt, living at Rochester
      Blanche Groucutt, dead
      Jessie Groucutt, living in Seneca Falls
      Also two children that died in infancy.

   William B. Maltby had one child:
      Charlotte Maltby, living in Binghampton, N.Y.  Her mother, Olive G.
         Maltby, is living with her.

   Matthew Jay Maltby had four children:
      Ada M. Maltby
      Esther J. Maltby
      Marilyn J. Maltby
      One child died.
         Some of the above children are married but I do not have their
         married names.  Some also have children.
