VII.2289.  Charles West, In Civil War and died immediately after "from
                              the effects of the dreadful struggle."
VII.2290.  Robert West, also Civil War, died in like manner.
VII.2291.  Eleanor West, b. June 1854, Tallahassee, Florida.  She mar.
                   a Raymond and had a dau. Eleanor Raymond.  Mar.
                   William McQuinton Sykes, 2428 Park Lane, S. Birming-
                   ham, Alabama.
VII.2292.  William West, died in infancy.

VI.1109. Dr. William Hall Maltbie, M.D., b. Oct. 6, 1826 (Wm.5, Jthon. 4, Jthon.3, Jthon.2, Wm.1). Mar. Miss Emmeline Strickland. He d. June, 1856, of smallpox in Cartersville, Ga., contagion from a patient.
