		 Award for the best suggestion submitted for the improvement of one
		 of the Co.'s large calculating machines.  The only time the Wash-
		 ington office ever won the honor--this was during his first year in
		 Washington where he was stationed for 4 1/2 years doing important
		 war work from the Arlington Office.
