JONATHAN MALTBY (OR MOLBY)

OF SALEM AND OF CAMILLUS, NY

And also all that other parcel of land being a part of said lot No. 11 aforesaid and bounded on the west by the center of said highway, on the north by land of Harrison Rouse, and on the south by land of John Murray and extending east far enough so that a line parallel with center of said pieces of land for and during the term of her natural life. After her decease the said to go to my son Herman Maltby, his heirs and assigns. But if said son shall die leaving no wife, child or children him surviving, then it is to go to my sons Thaddeus Maltby and Frederick Maltby, equally between them, share and share alike.

Third. To son Thaddeus Maltby all that piece of land, being a part of lot No. 11 in said town of Van Buren, and being the same land and premises conveyed to the said Lyman Maltby by James Frazee & Harriet A., his wife, by deed dated Apr. 2, 1867 and recorded in Onondaga County clerk's office in book 205 of deeds at page 54 &c Oct. 24, 1874. Also all that certain other parcel of land being part of lot No. 11 in town of Van Buren and being the same premises described in a deed executed by Thomas Hanley & Margaret his wife, to said Lyman Maltby and bearing date April 1, 1877, and containing in both pieces of land about 55 acres of land, subject to a mortgage held by Margaret M. Flint of $750 with interest. This to be paid by said son Thaddeus.

Fourth. To son Frederick Maltby all that certain parcel of land in Lots 11 & 12 in town of Van Buren and bounded on the east by the Sorrel Hill road, and land occupied by John Maltby, on west by the 10 acres of land mentioned, on the north by land of Harrison Rouse, and on south by land of John Murray. My intention is to devise all the rest and residue of my home farm not hereinbefore devised, to my son Fred- erick to pay my executor the sum of $200 within one year from the time of my decease.

Fifth. All the residue of property, after debts are paid, to wife Char- lotte and sons Thaddeus, Frederick and Herman, equally, share and share alike.

   Death Record.  Herman Maltby.

Herman Maltby, 65, of Nedrow, a retired carpenter, died Thursday night at General Hospital of Syracuse. He was a native of Van Buren. Surviv ing are one son, Lyman Maltby of Solvay, R. D.; one daughter, Miss Beryl Maltby of Baldwinsville; five grandchildren and three great grandchil dren. Services will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Sunday at the R. J. Madden Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial will be made in Riverview cemetery, Baldwinsville.
