Mar. May 23, 1906, Neavando Antonio Elvado. Mrs. Elvado is a pianist of great ability and, with her husband, has given concerts all over the world, Northern Europe and South Africa. In the Maltby-Maltbie Family Hist., p. 196, was published her letter to her mother describing her visit to Maltby, S. Yorkshire, Eng. No children.

In 1908 Mr. Hoblit went to Bombay, India, as Mechanical Engineer to manage sales for the Rice Milling and polishing machines for a New York and Oriental Export Company.

Capt. Charles Marion Maltby "served with honors through the Civil War; by service and bravery reaching the rank of Captain.

He and his family resided in Minnesota, which was then considered the West. In 1888 they moved to Washington State, disposing of extensive interests in the way of grist and shingle mills, stores and real estate.
