VI.1026. Selina Maltby, b. Mar. 4, 1794 (John 5, Sam.4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). Mar. Nov. 28, 1814, Edwin Foote, b. Dec. 2, 1790 d. Feb. 18, 1877; son of Elihu and Lucy (Williams) Foote, of Northford. She d. Sept. 5, 1884 (Mar. Rec. at Northford). Selina stated that one of the Maltby ancestors at one time owned three ships lying in Bran- ford (?) harbor, (Branford had a harbor. Still shown on the maps F.A.M.), all loaded with cargoes.
