VII.2055.  A daughter died young.

VI.1019. Julia Matilda Tyler, b. Mch. 13, 1808 (Jacob M. Tyler 5, Abigail 4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). She mar. (as his 2nd wife) in 1826, Orrin (5) Hoadley, a Maltby descendant. Mrs. Jones, Exchange St., New Haven, writes, she has a black crepe shawl with wide fringe Julia bought for mourning for her sister Sally, but she did not live to wear it. Julia died Aug. 26, 1848, at Branford, Connecticut.

VI.1020. Sally Louisa Tyler, b. Dec. 25, 1815 (Jacob M. Tyler 5, Abigail 4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). Mar. Samuel Horace Bradley. He d. Sept. 14, 1843, ae. 35. She d. May 8, 1848; ae. 32 yrs, 4 mo., 13 days.

     Child:
VII.2056.  Charles William Bradley, b. Dec. 8, 1834; d. Jan. 1, 1907.

He put up a window in the Episcopal Church (Christ Church, East Haven, Conn.) in memory of his mother and has her name there, "In memory of Samuel H. and Sarah L. Bradley."

VI.1023. David Moss Tyler, b. Apr. 24, 1818 (Jacob M. Tyler 5, Abigail 4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). In early manhood he went to Indiana from New York State. By his 1st wife, he had 3 or 4 sons; by his 2nd wife, 3 daughters. His name is spelled Morse in the Family Bible.

VI.1024. William Augustus Tyler, b. Nov. 4, 1820 (Jacob M. Tyler 5, Abigail 4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). Mar. (1) Mary Dickinson. He mar. 2nd and mar. 3rd. He died at Binghampton, N.Y. 3rd wife was liv- ing in 1928. Mary Scranton Jones of New Haven, who gave much assis- tance with records, wrote: "The 5th and 6th generations from Branford, came from the Tyler family Bible." She writes: William Augustus, as a child, resided in Binghampton, N.Y. Mary Dickinson was b. Aug. 11, 1820; d. July 18, 1884.

            Conneant, O.  Had dau. Mary Bird Tyler and another dau.

VI.1025. Samuel Chauncy Maltby, b. July 17, 1792 (John 5, Sam.4, Sam.3, Sam.2, Wm.1). Mar. June 2, 1819, Ruth Collins, b. June 17, 1793; d. Nov. 19, 1871, dau. of Daniel and Eunice (Rosseter) Collins of North Guilford, Conn. He d. of fever Mar. 1, 1829, in early life, and his widow resided in the ancient home.

Northford Church Records give: "Received into the church, March 27, 1814, Samuel C. Maltby." His wife was admitted to the church by letter from North Guilford, July 3, 1819.
