They were of Goshen in 1776. Who the "several children" were in not known to me, only one, Rebecca Brown.
It seems to the compiler that the 2nd marriage to a Mr. Judd of Pompey, New York, might account for several descendants talking and writing about our "Maltby cousins, the Judd's of Honolulu."
In 1896/7 while in Europe, my Grandmother Maltby, of New Haven, wrote us, "Your Judd cousins from Honolulu are here in Yale and trying to find you." Mrs. Cushman and Mrs. Page also wrote me of the relationship. As I recall it, Dr. Edward (?) Judd was a Mission- ary to Honolulu, and one of his sons became in after years, Governor. One was Louis, as I recall it. While in Paris we knew the father of Princess Kialani, and Judge and Mrs. Schaeffer, all from Honolulu. They knew the Judds quite well. Many years later I wrote to one of the sons but he seemed never to have heard of any Maltby ancestry. These Judds were from New York State and as I recall it, from Pompey.

IV.89. Hannah Maltby, b. Sept. 25, 1745, (Dan.3, Dan.2, Wm.1). Mar. Feb. 11, 1768, Simeon Frisbie of Branford, "both of Branford mar. by Caleb Merriman, Jus. Peace." They were married at Wallingford, Conn. He was a son of Jedediah and Elizabeth (Harmons) Frisbie. Simeon was b. at Branford, Conn. Mch. 24, 1743/4. He is said to have been of Norfolk, Conn. in 1777. Mrs. Carter of Norfolk, wrote: "Sarah, an adopted child of Simeon and Hannah Frisbie was b. Feb. 22, 1795. They removed to Vermont." From this it may be they had no children of their own.
Jedediah Frisbie was a son of John and Susanna (Henbury) Fris- bie, he son of Sergt. John and Ruth (Boxers) Frisbie, he son of Edward Frisbie and Hannah (?Culpepper).
IV.90. Lucretia Maltby, b. May 22, 1749, (Dan.3, Dan.2, Wm.1). Mar. Feb. 6, 1772, at Guilford, Josiah Fowler. (Mar. Rec. at Branford, p.188.
Deacon Charles Foote wrote: "Lucretia, 5th child of Daniel Maltby mar. Josiah Fowler and her father sold his place, adjoining ours to Josiah Fowler and moved to Stony Creek." (This refers to Daniel Maltby).

IV.91. Benjamin Maltby, b. May 11, 1750 (Dan.3, Dan.2, Wm.1). Bp.
July 7, 1751, Northford. Mar. July 5, 1771, Abigail Munger. (Conn. Marriages). She was dau. of Reuben and Elizabeth (Dudley) Munger.
They were mar. at Norfolk, Conn.
The parents of Abigail Munger moved to Norfolk, Litchfield County, Conn., about 1766. After her marriage she lived "on the line of the old Green Wood Turn-pike, a short distance from Timothy Gaylord's Tavern."
Her brother, Reuben Munger, died in Middlebury, Vermont, in 1826. His estate, other than that which was left to his wife, was distributed among his brothers and sisters and "to the heirs of
